Emmys 2012 Recap



 


Sunday night at the 64th Annual Emmy Awards, there were three shows that came on top of the rest. Those shows are Modern Family, Homeland Season 1, and The Daily Show.

Modern Family is still on top for comedy Emmys with four awards, including best series for a third time.

Homeland, Showtime’s drama, won the Emmy award for top dramatic series and three other honors, ending the four-year streak for AMC’s Mad Men. 

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,  received its tenth consecutive Emmy for Outstanding Variety Series, the longest streak in Emmy history.
